All For The Gaybies
Here’s the link
http://www.cnn.com/2009/LIVING/wayoflife/06/28/gayby/index.html
Naturally, I go to CNN for all of my liberal media, you’ll never find anything, ANYTHING, like this on Fox News.
Turns out, the only reason gaybies, or children raised by homosexual parents, could end up physcologically harmed or socially misguided is because of society’s need to make them that way. These kids end up feeling ashamed because of the way people react.

Can these two raise a child?
Turns out they can. The CNN article cites what every GLBTA person ever says, and that’s that love sees no gender. Well, maybe that’s just what I say. One lesbian couple cites that it’s not a male and female role model required, just simply the love and childhood experience.
Yes. I love it.

Do gay parents make gay babies?
Nope. Well, some of them do. Just like straight parents also make gay babies, and straight babies. No kidding…….
On The Search For More
You would not BELEIVE what I found.
http://www.landoverbaptist.org/news0704/homoprevention.html
I don’t care who you are, Christian, Atheist, Gay, Straight, this article should infuriate you.
This is how it opens…
“A parent can never act too soon in taking precautionary measures to ensure that their child will never become intoxicated with mommy's perfume and choose to devote his life to being a prancing homo. By being both proactive and willing to inflict welts for Jesus, you can beat Satan at his own sick game and prevent him from turning your impressionable child into an ugly, rotting twig in the family tree crying out for brutal pruning.”
Please, support the GLBTA community. They need it, it seems now more than ever with states starting to pass marriage equality laws, and the “family protectionists” are out full force.
Yikes.

If you need to protect your family, use a monkey.

Two platonic people + 8
Sigh.
That’s what I did when I heard. Jon and Kate, from that show on TLC, are breaking up.
Splitting.
Divorce. That’s what it is. The papers were actually filed today.
This is TV reality has finally come to. Breaking up a family. Who saw this coming? Everyone. I don’t quite understand why people enjoy these shows so much. In a sick, twisted way, it’s only a glorified soap opera. And is your life not good enough? I’m glad I don’t really watch TV anymore.
Please. Stop watching TLC. Even that awful What Not To Wear Show.
-It’s a good thing the fashion industry is in touch with the normal American consumer.
Yikes.
-It’s OK, he’s ten. He can handle it.
And write your reps about repealing the new hunting age law. It’s awful!

Digital TV
The switch was finally made last Friday, from analog TV to complete digital broadcasting. A few channels decided to get ahead of the game and switch early. For everyone in northern Wisconsin, I remember WAOW making the switch way back in February, and I know Channel 7 did as well too.
In fact, the switch was supposed to be in February, but they switched it to later for fear of people not being ready. My first reaction was too bad. If they’re not ready then, they wouldn’t be ready now, in June. Guess what?
They weren’t. The FCC has been dealing with thousands of calls about disruptions on their TV, failures in installing digital converter boxes (most of which were able to be fixed by ‘reseting’), etc.
Why can’t Americans follow instructions, or go online to help//FAQ forums, or God forbid, try and figure out how to fix the problem themselves before resorting to bitching about it. Honestly, I love this nation, but so often I have problems with the people.
There used to be a time when American students were near the top in the world in testing scores. That was like, back in the Greatest Generation. And now, we’re near the bottom. Even our best can’t beat the other countries’ bests. Embarassing.
What’s the cause? I like to refer to one of my favorite books – Heart of Darkness. (this is the part where all of friends sigh reluctantly. Very reluctantly), (I also just saw Apocalypse Now, great movie). We have lost that needed reflection into not only what we’ve become as a society, but as individuals. Are you OK with spending hours playing video games? Are you OK with ignoring the fact that you spend hundreds on clothes? Look, I’m not perfect either. But perhaps this nation has plenty of room for improvement, it fails to acknowledge it.
BTW, props to the FCC for finally manning up and just making the switch. The rest of us appreciate it.

Bing.com
Because Bing took what Google had and is trying to make it look better and feel cooler. There's a cool little background, the layout is a little more savvy, but it's still basically google. What made me officially
LOL
is the search result page layout. It has GOOGLE-wannabe written all over it. But it's a legit search engine. It will never touch google, but, BUT, it is very quick.
bing.
Way better than there last Windows Live search engine, which made me officially
ROFL
with how terribly awful it was.
bing.
i'm still a google guy.

Iraq – Feeding The Beast
http://www.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/meast/06/09/iraq.prisoner.release/index.html
Really?
The Iraqi government has decided to let loose a militant who is connected with the killing of five American soldiers and a network of explosives. Why, to try and make a sort of goodwill offering to the militant groups.
They do not need goodwill offerings. These groups try to enforce their own militant law through the terrorism they employ So you give them one of their guys back? Sounds like an awful idea. These guys will never get what they really want.
Seriously, Iraq? Seriously?

Today is June Ninth
I gotta do some tennis lessons. And then a college bible study Fraundorf convinced me to go to. I’m pretty skeptical, though. I have a feeling that these are going to be the same people that feel like they know everything, but it’s just that they’re more convinced of it now.
Perhaps the best part of this netbook is it’s portability. I mean, really. It’s like a little cloud I can carry around anywhere. Love it. Gotta finish the league list tonight too and send out an email with everything. I love being busy. Hate not having a job.
At least I don’t have that job . That guy is wearing a SPEEDO, in the middle of the Atlantic. Is he crazy?
In other news, if anyone ever decides to get an abortion because of the boy/girl at home test, I will cut them. Personally. Take my little dull kitchen knife and cut them across the chest. That’s awful. I don’t care if you for abortion or not, choosing to abort it because of sex would be an awful, awful thing to do. How much do you love America?
